After coming back from unpaid leave on 02/15 I was told there's no work and on 02/16 become unemployed. I won't receive any benefits nor payments and I want to file claim for unemployment insurance right away but I was told that some amount I owned company will be deducted from my severance and if anything is left it will be paid to me on 03/04. I might get $100 or might get nothing. How should I file a claim right now? And if I receive any does it disqualifying me from getting unemployment insurance? Question No.8 asks: 'Will you continue to receive wages after 02/14/2011 while not being required to work?' and I don't know how to answer this and if this has impact on refusing me unfoldment benefits. I appreciate your help with this very much. Thank you. Mags
