How much further must I travel from my residence to a new job before I am ineligable for MN Unemployment Benefits? I now travel 2 miles to work, but my employer will be relocating 60 miles further.

I will soon be laid off after 10 years with one company; I have a possibility of getting a seasonal job as a gravel truck driver; if I work there for 2 months, would I then qualify for unemployement benefits if nothing else is available during the winter months?

Thank you

If someone has paid their restitution and penality for unemployment fraud, are they eligible to receive unemployment in the future. The fraud was from a claim two years ago, discovered after a audit on the employer .

I currently work for a bus company as a bus driver. We do not work in the summer. I have been searching for a job for the summer and have came up empty handed. I am curious if I can collect unemployment for the summer? Please let me know.
