How much further must I travel from my residence to a new job before I am ineligable for MN Unemployment Benefits? I now travel 2 miles to work, but my employer will be relocating 60 miles further.

I will soon be laid off after 10 years with one company; I have a possibility of getting a seasonal job as a gravel truck driver; if I work there for 2 months, would I then qualify for unemployement benefits if nothing else is available during the winter months?

Thank you

If someone has paid their restitution and penality for unemployment fraud, are they eligible to receive unemployment in the future. The fraud was from a claim two years ago, discovered after a audit on the employer .

I have worked at the same job for 24 years, my hours have been cut from 80 hours bi-weekly to 60 hours bi-weekly. I am currently on a LOA due to hypertension, due to so much stress at the workplace. my hypertension has greatly improved since I have been on my LOA,
If I do not return which would be due to the above health reasons, would I qualify for UE benefits

I was recently told that effective immediately, I would be moved into a different position within my copy, my pay would be cut 40% and my schedule would change from Mon - Thursday to Mon - Fri.
Now I will have to get daycare for my daugther on Fridays and with my decreased pay, this will make it difficult to live off of let alone pay for another day of daycare.

Do I need to accept this "new" offered position and pay? If I don't, will I qualify for unemployment, so that I can spend my time looking for a new job?

Answers needed ASAP!

I have been with my current employer for over 6 years, 4 or 5 months ago all hourly employees hours got cut to 40 per week.
We use to alternative 48 and 36 hr weeks.
The scheduled overtime would cover my lodging and expenses to go to work, as I commute over 100 miles each way.
I'm barely hanging on financially.
If I give a 2 week notice and my new job falls through can I still get unemployment benefits?

If I have participated in a direct selling company within the last year but have spent more money on the business than I have made, and am no longer working the business - do I need to include that in my employment?

Also - My name is appearing with my maiden name, is there a way to change that?

What does Minnesota unemployment require for an out of state worker to draw a multi state claim through Minnesota? For example, how much time, or hours needed to have worked in Minnesota in order to file a claim?
I am a Michigan resident currently working in Minnesota.
Any assistance is appreciated.
