Earlier this year, I was off work on FMLA leave due to severe anxiety and depression disorder caused by my job. I have since returned to work, stepped down from my management position and was supposed to have bee moved to a position that would be less stressful. Instead, my employer moved me to a position where the stress is equal to or worse than my managment position. I have now been off work (unpaid) for a week now due to anxiety attacks again.I have been seeing a psychologist since my FMLA leave and he believes i should voluntarily quit because it is not a healthy environment for me. If I quit and my psychologist is willing to document the reasoning, will I qualify for unemployment? What information and in what format would my psychologist need to provide?
