I work in Kentucky and I was told by my employer that my status is full time, but I am only getting 20 to 22 hours a week. Am I entitled to part time unemployment? If so how long do I have to be employed by my current employer?

I am currently employed in the state of Kentucky I was hired full time and I am currently getting 20 to 22 hours a week. They laid me off for this past week because of lack of work. I was getting unemployment from Ohio due to my employers business closing down. Do I file for part time unemployment in Ohio or Kentucky?

I was hired in June 2008 as a full time office employee. After the first year, my hours were cut back to 37 1/2 weekly. My salaried co-worker was given the 30 min that were taken from me. When I inquired if I would ever get back to 40hrs. the answer was probably not. I calculate this to be approx. $800.00 yearly. I have not had a raise (nor has anyone) for 5 years. Am I eligible for any unemployment benefits to equal the loss for the last almost 5 years?

I lived & worked in KY but moved to WA State due to my husband's illness. He passed away recently and I want to move back to KY. Will I be eligible for unemployment while I look for a job?

I have been off work for 3-monhs due to major cervical neck fusion surgery. After three surgeries and losing majority of my fine motor skills in one hand, I am, at this time, unable to perform my job duties and will not be able to return to work for at least 3-months minimum. Would I qualify for Medical Unemployment? If so, for how long?

I have worked for this company for almost seven years. I make $9.50 an hour. Every year from Jan - July we have full time work. From August thru December I'm lucky to get 10 - 15 hours a week. Am I eligible for part time unemployment? Because my husband gets SS we are not eligible for any kind of assistance so financially it's getting really hard to make ends meet! I also worked for another company for 6 months at $10 an hour until it closed last year. And for the county school board for seven years as a substitute teacher before I took this job. I have never collected unemployment benefits.
