Pennsylvania Unemployment Extension - Extended Benefits (EB)

There is another type of unemployment extension called Federal-State Extended Duration (FED-ED), more commonly referred to as Extended Benefits (EB). You will only qualify for the EB Extended Benefits unemployment extension if you have used up all of your regular unemployment benefits and also used up all of your EUC08 unemployment extension.

If you qualify for the EB Extended Benefits unemployment extension you will receive additional benefits equal to 20 weeks or 80% of the maximum benefit amount on the original unemployment claim, whichever amount is less.

I've used my 26 weeks of Pa benefits and 2 weks of extended benefits(20 weeks allowed) and went back to work. Do I reopen my existing claim or file for a new claim? My claim year runs from Dec 23 to Dec 23

I sent of my EB application form and recieved a letter approving my EB. I filed online as I typically would when I was recieving my UC. I got paid on my regualr day direct deposit but this next payment It said I have a claim but it is not active. I was told you have to send off a form each week for EB but where or how do you get the forms? Can you print them offline? I have not recieved any other form in the mail?
