My question is re. how my potential unemployment base period and amount would be determined and calculated.
I have worked continually with my full time employer for the last 3 years. Effective April 19, 2011 i was on maternity leave and "caregiver leave" approved by my workplace until today.
The caregiver leave policy suggests that I have a "guaranteed reinstatemnet" w. in 6 months of leave date; however, my job was filled. At this time it is very likely that I will be laid off rather than my anticipated return in Oct.
Your help w. advice on how my "base period" will be considered and potential amt. of benefit would be appreciated. Thank you.

I started with them in may 2011. I live in ohio. the company i have the assignment with no longer needs me and the staffing agency has nothing for me either. Am i eligible for Pa benefits
since i am employed with them in Pa and how would they figure my rate of benefit if eligible?
