I failed to add my wife as a dependent. Why do I have to wait until after 12/10/2012 to add her as dependent. Someone should have asked about dependents when I filed!! I hope I do not have to file again but if I do, I WILL KNOW.

I rec'd by mailed yesterday 2/22/11 something I should have responded to by 2/18/11. I was not able to respond on time since this date had already passed. It was a request from my employer to appeal me receiving benefits & was untrue. Since my employer has now made an attack on my character I am waiting for a call from my lawyers. I called the redetermination unit. The person I talked to said I should go ahead & either write or fax my response & explain I had just rec'd this notice by mail. I will write my response & will fax it from my library today or tomorrow morning.

After I faxed my response to my employer's appeal to retract my benefits I realized that I did not include an identifying number. In going back to include this I revised my response sue errors & some clarifications. My initial determination is #.

i enrolled in school part-time in January. Just a couple college courses that might help my marketability in the job market. My regular benefits just ran out last week. I applied for extended unemployment the other day and it appears I may have an "eligibility issue"? What could this be? Will I have to drop my classes to be eligible? It would be a shame because I am done in 4 weeks.

I'm confused as to what my PIN is. It's not that I forgot it. I just don't believe I've gotten it. I wrote down all of the numbers the phone representative gave me, but none of them are 8 digits. The letter I've gotten through email doesn't have it either. Can anyone help me out?

On 1/7/11 and email was sent out company wide stating our company would be moving out of the area "summer of 2011"

On 3/10/11 another email was sent out about the new locations they were looking at. Our Managers/Supervisors all advised us that the move wouldn't take place until 8/2010.

Today is 5/26 and my Manager has announced to our team that our entire company is moving to another city on 6/13. This "new" location is approx. 42 miles from our current location, and well over 60-67 miles from my home. I can't afford to drive that far for the per hour wage I currently get. I have applied for another position within my company that pays more, but was turned down.

Will I be eligable for Ohio Unemployment benefits.

Is there a deadline to file for unemployment? My circumstances were unique due to fmla and h.r. issues, then relocation, therefore i will call to see if i am eligible. However it has been approximately over 6 months ago. Is it too late to apply? (as I am seeking employment in the meantime).

Hello, my husband has currently been with the military for almost 3 years. They are chaptering him out with an honorable discharge, because unfortunately he failed one drug test. After the failed test, he completed ASAP-Army suvstance abuse program. We are going to have to move back to Ohio, from Washington, and we have no idea what to do. Will he qualify for unemployment??
