I have called my local office every day this week, and have not received a call back. My question is about my benefit year ending and still being eligible for my remaining benefits under Tier 2. Do I need to reapply? Do I need to go to my local office? I just would like to know what I need to do because I was not aware of an issue at my year end. I received my letter stating that I qualified for Tier 2 and thought I would receive benefits for 14 more weeks while I was still looking for employment. Thank you so much for your time. I know you all must be very busy. Have a wonderful day. Hope to hear from someone soon.
