can you re-apply for unemployment due to a hostile work environment and if you have only worked at this place of employment for 8 months. I drew unemployment for a period of time before re-employment.

how do i start the process for unemployment? i have worked for 33 years and never faced this before. i was told by my employer they had to cut experiences so i would be one of several that will be let go and it was nothing to do with my job performance. however, on my severance agreement it says "voluntary quit" or "retirement". which is not true. Which i have not signed. Please help i have not idea. thanks in advance

Hi, I have been working with the same company for 17 years. Our company is re-locating about 30 miles further away from our current location. i am wondering if I could be eligible for unemployment benefits? I currently live a total of 55 miles away (1 hour and 15minutes-30 minutes drive) from the new office. Thank you for y our time.

I am working as an interim in education and my contract is a terminating one. Since I am interim and the person I am filling in for is on disability leave. I will not know if I will be rehired or not till the end of August. The person I am covering for can come back at any time and the job is there's . My question is when my contract ends on June 13 can I collect unemployment ?
