without notification or warning, I was cut off the online claim system and when I called the automated system, despite my 4100 EUC tier 2 remaining balance, I was told that because I was on unemployment for one year, I am not longer allowed to have unemployment and i am not eligible to reopen a claim either. I was refused many jobs and had been in college FT to obtain a higher degree to get employed and am not done until Dec when I will be eligible to get employed. I was not warned that you are no allowed to be on unemployment past one year despite the EUC tier. Why is this? I got a notice stating I was eligible for that EUC tier2 and have within one and half weeks on average 20-30 apps for employment. I have evidence of being in school FT.
