What's the amount of hours you can work and still collect? My boss doesn't want to lay me off but can't afford to keep me on full time

Our company was closing our division in NJ, so I left and took another job in Rhode Island 5 months ago, It is not working out with me being away from home for long periods of time and about 12 weeks ago I suffered a heart attack and was wondering if I were to quit would I be eligable for unemployment.
