New Jersey Unemployment If You Get Fired

Im on uninployment, I call in on mondays but my check did not come todayfeb 16.I have a very sick wife with M.S.and I need my money,what should I do now? please help

If I am collecting, and then get a part time job working 8 hours a week, which I'm fired from, do I lose my unemployment?

I may be terminated for being rude and disrespectful to a customer, will I be able to collect unemplyment??

Hello! I took a contract position (W2) to perform a specialized piece of work. After I started, the company gave me more and more work outside of what I was hired to do, but I was okay with this. My weekly hours started creeping over 50 hours per week but I was told I could not put more than 40 hours on my timesheet. Again, I was glad to have a job and didn't fuss (and got excellent feedback about my work). And then I was told I would be working in yet another area (outside scope): when I asked how my work was going to be reprioritized (could not get in all done at the same time) I was told "we expect you to complete all of this at the same time." (And again, I was already working over 40 hours per week without ANY pay over those 40 hours.) I politely said "I cannot take on this extra work. I can take on SOME of it and can split it with someone else." I went home that night after work and received a call - that I should consider myself done there and to not show up On paper, I guess this is being fired (I hate even typing that word - never happened to me in my long career); but do I have ANY chance to collect unemployment? I currently have a unemployment claim that I stopped drawing on when I found this contract job. I did not re-open my unemployment claim at the time I was "fired" because I was sure I would get another contract pretty quickly (I always keep irons in the fire even when I have contract work). I have a feeling my job is about to fire me for being late every morning. I requested a schedule change, and they allowed me to switch, but I am still having a hard time getting here. I explained on several occasions how stressed I've been, and how hard it has been trying to take care of my kids, because I don't have any help from anyone at all. I have to do everything in the morning myself before heading to work. Then I asked my job to send me to a less-stressful department that I have several years experience, but they are making me stay in this stressful department where I have no experience. I am having panic attacks left and right, still coming to work and doing my best job while I'm here. Even though I arrive late, I still make up the time and still work a full day. If they do fire me, will I qualify for unemployment?

Can I collect if I have a workers comp case going on and the reason they fire me was because my doctors papers didnt give me a full days off so my points aciumilated am I still elegible to collect

It has been over four weeks since I've lost my job as a dental asst. This week I had a telephone appeal where I explained I called out of work due to lack of child-care and that I am a single parent I was put on hold while the unemployment examiner spoke to the Dr I worked for she came back on telephone with a much different tone in voice said that the Dr had warned me of absences in office could result in termination. I in then return with the Dr told me sometime last year and I had straighten out my attendance. Examiners response to me was that a decision was already made to continue to call in weekly. And I have the right to appeal. So did I lose. Killing me to wait to know if I can receive benefits.
