i was given a notice by our mgr that im going to get a pay cut effective next pay period, i havent sign anything in writing that i will accept the pay reduction. I been working in this department for 8 yrs through contractor and when i first get on board with this new contract last yr Apr the hourly rate i signed i thought is not going to change because its in the contract. The reduction in my pay is going to put a toll in my living especially i have kids at the same time i go to school, my question is can i collect a partial unemployment to help me through my means?
