What should I do when I got approved for unemployment and I won; however my employer hired an attorney and they appealed to the referee and I won again, then the employer appealed to the Board of Review and they even didn't ask me questions and reversed the referee's decision. Noe they stopped my unemployment and I have no job and i don't know what to do.
I know I have to appeal to the District court in Nevada but I don't have an attorney, do I need one?
Please help....
