We had a part time employee that quit our office and found a full time job. She was just fired from that job. We know she is moving out of state and plans on staying home and going to school while collecting unemployment. Can I contest her unemployment benefits because she quit her job here and due to the fact we know she is not looking ofr employment???

I am a business owner in Northern Nevada. I am on payroll for my company but due to economic hardships I have stopped drawing a paycheck in order to continue paying my employees. My personal financial resources are depleted and my business is still in trouble. I continue to work up to 50 hours per week with no paycheck. I am a single mother with 2 children and only are able to claim 1 child on my taxes. I get no alimony or child support. Due to the circumstances, am I eligible to draw unemployment. I have been working for 32 years and have never drawn unemployment before.
