Morning,

The company I worked for in California relocated to Nevada in Jan. of 2010. I have been w/ the company since june of 2009. I moved w/ the company and resettled in Sparks. Once my main job requirements were completed I wasa abruptly let go on Oct. 15th of 2010. I have been looking for work eversince. I was told that the company was moving in another direction, that my services were lacking and found out later that my job duties were reabsourbed into another position.

I need benefits and am actively searching for work. I never had a performance review and in fact waqs praised by the administration on many occassions.

Waht are my options? I haven't had unemployment before. I need help, directio, and money.

Thank you.

-Joe

If I was on unemployment getting 260.00 a week and went to work part time at 8.25 and hour how do they determine how much of my unemployment I will still get to keep. Lets say 24-32 hours of work a week. Also, if I only get aprt of my unemployment rather than the whole 260 does that mean my unemployment benefits would go longer since I am not using it all? Thank you

I have been at my job for 12 years. If I quit to move to another state to be with my children, would I be eligible for unemployment insurance until I found a new job?
