I have two part-time jobs because I was unable to find employment full-time. One of my places of employment will be closing their doors March 1 leaving me with my one part-time job. Will I qualify for benefits when I lose this job until I am able to find another?

i am currently employed, today my boss gave me 3 options, to quit, to be fired or to step down from my current possition and make less than half of what im making now and work 15 less hours than i currently work. he then told me that if he fires me, because he gave me the option to keep my employment, i will not qualify for unemployment. is that true?
