I filed my unemployment claim on-line but have no way of knowing if it was received and whether I will receive assistancce during my job search. The 800 phone line was a dead end.

My daughter has worked as full-time employee with benefits (heathcare, 401K, vacation, sick leave, etc.) for 8 years. The employer is eliminating most full-time positions and my daughter will become a part-time employee with no benefits in 2 weeks. The loss of both hours and healthcare benefits will create a significant hardship. Would my daughter quality for unemployment benefits if she quits her job to see full-time employment and benefits.
