I continue to call the 800 593-7660 but I always get a buzy signal. Why won't the call go through and place me in a queue?

I'm having the exact same problem mary is, and i've been trying to get through to them on the phone for little over a week now with no success, i've been on unemployment for 4 weeks and have yet to recieve a single check, i checked for direct deposit but no forms were sent to my mailbox, at this point i would really just like paper checks sent to my mailbox i do not care AT ALL about direct deposit, i have little to no food/gas/etc.

What can i honestly do here aside from driving to lewiston from naples?
