I filed for unemployment for the last 2 weeks, I have a chase bank debit card from my tax returns, it keeps telling me that both weeks have been processed. I still havnt gotten any money yet. What's the hold up??

On 7_24_2012 I apply on line for unemployed benefit I wad given a claim number was told to call in on that Sunday I did with no luck just got answer machine .I could not put in claim number ,,so I tried again to day on line got another claim number. Still can not get through ..what am I doing wrong help ...

If I recieve unemployment and I found a part time job but the job affects my medical situation would I be able to stop working at the job and collect my benefits while tryna to find a different job that fits skills???

my job has drop my hours from 40 hours to 20 hours a week an why can i not get unemployment yall say that my weekly amount is more than amount of unemployment i had half of my salary taken i am now working part time i dont under stand why the job that this company took over the same thing happen hour was cut to 20 a week i was able to collect unemployment

So is there only one person who answers the phone? I've been calling for 3 days straight averaging 60 calls a day and the only answer I receive (1-1-1-3-5 keypad) is "due to high call volume.... " then hung up on.

This system is a complete failure if after three days I cannot speak to a human. I've read all the forums and NO ONE ever finds resolve. Shame on you, La Works.

I havent been paid but once in 5 weeks and i got a letter saying to call a certain number asap and noone has answered it for 2 weeks. Does anyone know how to get a human on the phone so i can straighten this out before the deadline they gave me

I recently had an appeal overturned in my favor and I have yet to receive my benefits. On the very few times that I actually get to talk to an actual person they tell me something different. One person told me last week that they had released my benefits to be paid and I would receive them in 48 to 72 hours. Well 72 hrs came and gone and its still saying that I'm disqualified. I talked to someone this morning and she told me it takes 15 business days when the actual letter says just 15 days. That makes a big difference when you are facing eviction. I filed my weekly certification on Sunday and just happen to check to see if it was processed and it said that I didn't file for this week. This is so aggravating. Does anyone know of a line that I could call and talk to an actual person that can give me a straight answer.
