I need a document proving that I am not eligible for unemployment benefits in the state of Indiana. I can not get through on the toll free line to speak to anyone. It says to return to the main menu or be disconnected on every option. This is very frustrating. I only worked in Indiana for 3 months but I am eligible for unemployment in another state. Please help!

The company I work for will be closing in a few weeks, I am thinking of taking another job that will be about 30 hours for a few months, then would be alot less after a few months. Can I still go back and collect unemployment benefits from the company that closed when my hours are cut?

An ex husband owes arrears in child support/educational support: Recently, in court in August, he mentioned that he was awaiting unemployment proceeds based on his "career" as a substitute teacher. Substitutes know their work is tenuous and seasonal. Is he indeed eligible for benefits? He did not seem to even finish the school year 2011-2012 since the "regular" arrears payments ended in April, 2012. The judge seemed to buy into his story. He is supposed to be garnished.

Hi, I moved to Arizona for employment in July, 2012. I worked until mid Dec. and was laid off. I filed for unemployment in AZ. I recently was told by a representative here that I was monetarily inilligible. He suggested that I call the Indiana Unemployment and see if I can file there as he thought I had enough wages there. I have tried calling the number and cannot get through to anyone. I am new to this and have not filed for unemployment since wow back in mid 80's. Please help if you can, with what I should do. I am starting back to work soon as I have been called back, but do need some help with this.
Thank you,
