When I certify for benefits on my call day will I get paid for the one week that I didn't exceed my weekly amount? I worked a temporary job for 1 week and exceeded my weekly benefit amount x2. On the second week I made alot less through my p/t job.

Know of someone that was forced to quit but stupidly signed a waiver saying it was voluntary resignation. So he was stressed over this period of time working at this job for about a year. Then got more stressed that past and present stuff just made him break down after he "quit" the job. So then he had to voluntarily go to a mental health crisis stabilization unit at a hospital and also had bouts and still does but less of paranoia. Can he get on unemployment?? And now he is out of the the hosp but in a day program for mental health treatment and does have a psychiatrist.

I started a new job in Oct 2012 and was terminated on 01/09/13 as I was very ill and was off of work for a ling time. they could not hold my job any longer. I have been released to go back to work, but my job says there are no openings. I filed for unemployment but I have a funny feeling they have denied me

I'm been working in Afghanistan as a contractor linguist for the U.S army since 2008. Would i qualify for unemployment if i quit my job after 5 years working in a hostile environment.
