I was employed full time for a company for 6 years. Our hours were cut due to ecomony. I was eligible then for partical unemployement but decided to wait to drawn figuring I would lose my job shortly thereafter. However my employer started a new company and laid me off from the previous company hired my on at his current compnay but I am still only working 15 hrs a week. I am still eligible for partial unemployement?
