I won my case and was getting benifits for about six months..i found a partime job and i stayed on that partime job for about three months..i had to leave that partime job for a family medical leave. they hire someone in my spot the week after..so now i am back looking for employment. they put a hold on my benifits for seven days and i made sure that i reported my partime job.. . i cant understand why when i never put in a claim for the partime job.

Can someone tell me if they will let continue to collect while i look for employment..
