I've received several emails from recruiters for different positions that I qualify for. I've been sent the resumes, but the company information is unknown (the recruiter loses his commission if he reveals the company and the person applies directly). The salaries have been substantially less than I have been earning, so I have declined to move further with the application. Does this count as having "refused a job offer or referral to work?" I have not actually received any interviewing opportunities.

I'm going through the same issue. I just found out today. It's beedn over a week since I mailed in my questionaire, and they most assuredly received it on time. I only had it for the one day and mailed it back. I tried to contact the Unemployment Insurance office in Phoenix today, but I can't get an answer on either of the numbers that I called. How do I even find out what the problem is?

I have been complying with the weekly claims for weeks now, but they sill have the" unresolved issues" under the reasoning for non-payment. How do i know when I'm supposed to receive my benefits? I have the info on the amount but still no payment.... what do I do?

having a baby doesnt qualify you for disability and you will loose your unemployment if you dont continue to look for work before and after you've had your child.
