I lost my position at work a few weeks ago and have been approved to receive benefits, I learned a little over a week later that I have cancer and will be receiving bi-weekly chemo treatments. Should I still list myself as being able to work and qualify for benefits since I won't be considered disabled? My COBRA payments are $1900 per month. Thanks

I read the following statement "If you filed a previous claim, you have to had worked six weeks and meet a total entitled to unemployment funds" My understanding is that if I worked under 6 weeks and was terminated from the second employeer than I would get my unemployment compensation from my original eployeer who also terminated me and unemployeement was originally approved. Am I correct?

So i quit, for an opportunity to start my own business, which did not go so well. So my question is that, am i able to file for unemployment.
